Jana Olešová

I’ve tried many different methods and ways to deal with my problems, they all worked to a certain extent or for a limited period of time. And then one day, I came across the RUŠ Method. I attended the course and today RUŠ is an inseparable part of my life. It is logical (I understand it), simple (I carry it in my head) and the results are permanent ;-). I love to help people to be happy, to live their lives in greater love and peace. I love this job.

I live a happy life, I appreciate the little things in life, I enjoy life ❤️ all of that thanks to RUŠ. I know that no matter what comes in my way I can deal with it. I’m talking from my personal experience. I’ve been going through a tough divorce for many months now. And yes, there’ve been days or even weeks when it’s been difficult, but when you sort it out in yourself, you change the way you look at things and things that used to upset you, now leave you calm. It doesn’t mean that you suddenly agree with them, but it doesn’t make your blood boil. It is called inner peace :-).

✿ I’m very happy about a client, who came to the therapy after many years of trying to get pregnant, she sorted what needed to be sorted and shortly afterwards got pregnant. Today, she’s got a beautiful, healthy child. ✿ I love to work with children, they don’t “play games" and understand the principles very fast. One little girl was supposed to undergo a stomach operation. We “talked” for two hours and several days later I got a message that the operation was cancelled, because the problems were gone. ✿ A young woman came and her problem was that she couldn’t say “NO” to other people and they were taking advantage of her. She sorted it out and now she helps others when she wants and not at any cost. She is relieved. ✿ Every human being has a story, it’s only up to you, if your story is happy or sad.

Terapie probíhají v Ostravě (kdykoliv po domluvě) a v Plzni (co dva, co tři měsíce). Příští termín v Plzni: úterý 7.7. - čtvrtek 9.7.2026.
